I've used one to put those skinny metal posts in that have wings on the bottom part to make it hard to rip them back out. A post hole digger is usually used for large wooden posts.

How many pairs do you think will end up in private 'historical' collections of nazi paraphernalia?

I had my last phone so long(about 5-6 years I think) that I was forced to get a new one because it was no longer supported.

I know they have to have a cut off somewhere, but around 5 years doesn't seem like that long for a device. Maybe I'm just getting old, or planned obsolescence or something.

But yes, having that phone for a longtime prevented ewaste and saved me quite a bit of money. Be nice to your phone and it'll go longer than the company supports it.

I feel like driver assist is a better representation of what this feature is.

Gps autopilot on sail boats has been around for a long time now(not talking about windvane selfsteering) and it will keep course via the rudder, but if the wind changes it won't shift the sails so you still have to keep watch and either change the sails, or change course to follow the wind.
If you don't pay attention and the wind changes the sails start flapping and shit can get messy.

The point is that while car autopilot does match the definition of nautical autopilot and how it funtions(it needs human oversight) I would never expect someone who's never gone sailing with an autopilot device being used to know how it works and that someone needs to watch it and why. It's niche knowledge and kinda foolish to expect people to just know stuff like that.

A lot of farmland goes to hay fields too, which isnt just for cattle and aren't devoid of biodiversity. For example, barn owls use hay fields to hunt hence why they tend to nest in and around barns(how they got their name). Many farmers encourage them to live and nest on their property.

Hay often gets sold locally to people who own horses, goats, chickens, alpacas etc. Small, local rural economies depend on this sort of thing. Plus apiaries are often set up next to hay fields to promote pollination for certain types of grass hays, which is then sold as local honey at farmers markets.

Not saying solar can't coexist with what I've said above because it absolutely can and I'd love to see more of it. Just this idea that farmland doesnt support wildlife isnt true. Deer, barn owls, rabbits, mice, snakes all use the hay fields before and after cutting. Plus the fields used for hay aren't good for much else. Too rocky, hilly, or nothing else will grow.

Source - I've lived in a rural farm town for most of my life and grew up playing in hay fields. Lots of critters live in there.

I work for a small business. And I'm not blinded by rage. But when I was looking for a job companies that pull this sort of "always hiring" thing are pretty frustrating.

Also, it's not my fault if you misrepresented your companies policy. "Always accepting resumes" and "always hiring" are similar but different enough for you to switch when it was convenient for your argument. Not falling for your faux high road and trying to mischaracterize my argument.

Have a good day sir or madam.

Why does your company waste people's time saying they're hiring when they're not? That's a whole other problem... called lying... but I guess it's okay because everyone is being treated like shit equally?

You can get fresh resumes by putting up a listing on Indeed and get new ones almost immediately. There's no excuse for lying to applicants.

I really hope your just a troll making shit up, even though I know companies do this frequently. Never thought I'd see someone almost proud of it and act as if it's not problematic behavior.

I've seen religious people treat the word Humanist as if it was a dirty word right alongside atheist and then conflating atheism and humanism with Satanism. "The best trick Satan ever pulled was making you believe he isn't real."

I suspect The Satanic Temple figured that no matter what they called themselves it'd be demonized so they beat the Christians to it.

It's okay, that's how I feel about the monster hunter games. Just couldn't get into them. I also found the weird dimorphism that the monster hunter armor had off putting. I wanted my woman character to have real armor, not a bikini. I get some people like that, but it wasn't for me.

The gameplay wasn't as fun as I anticipated, and I can't place my finger on why. It's weird.. I WANT to like those games but just don't find them enjoyable.

Sometimes we just just don't vibe with a game. It happens!

I wonder how many gratuities they'll receive for this one.

I hate those fuckfaces so much.
