Yes! With the ability change your mind please!

I finally found a great and convenient gym and ending up putting on about 25lbs in muscle in 2023. It's not as impressive as it sounds because I'm a very skinny dude, but it was nice to be consistent again.

For 2024 I just want to have visible abs again and put a little more work into redeveloping good cardio habits because those were two areas I neglected more than I would like for various reasons.

That's definitely the case then as most major instances pushed updates around then. Lemmy.World has been particularly bad since it's still running on the old 0.18.x version of Lemmy.

The bugs have been opened and the devs made aware of the issues. For now just be patient as things get worked on as it is the holiday season.

You're not shadow banned and I don't believe that's a thing. The newer versions of Lemmy 0.19.0/1 have issues with federation to other instances. If you are posting comments to another instance it is likely not being seen by anyone.

I don't even know if you'll see this comment.

Yeah, I noticed this behavior started on most .world communities about 3 days ago. Comments don't seem to be federating. A little frustrating, but we're going to need to be patient with bugfixes through the holiday seasons for now.

This is always what it is for me. I don't care so much about leaving the company short-staffed so much as it genuinely makes my life 10x harder and takes weeks for me to get myself in a stable spot again.

I'm more of a 'go with the flow' type of person so I'd just take the L with a bad group and hope I didn't get them again, but it definitely made farming some exotics very frustrating. I genuinely couldn't tell you if that trick still works in D2.

This was always my main issue back when I played Destiny 1. Pub groups take a lot of the fun out strikes and nightfalls. I'd imagine most people you're queueing with are just farming things from stuff they've already run a bunch of times which is why they're rushing through.

I never ended up finding a casuals clan that I meshed well with, but like other folks have said I think your best bet is going to be finding a good clan rather than any one single person. Your mileage will probably vary for this though, especially since it sounds like you're looking for a 3rd who's also new to the game. Including your general ages, time zone, and which platform you play on will also help you get better results.

I swore off Bungie games in general after they started the trend of sunsetting already paid DLC content in the first game, but I hope you find someone and have fun! Good luck!

Most forms of communes are considered anarchist ideologically, if not directly. Your comment doesn't really contribute anything.

glass parking lot??

Sand+heat=glass. I'll let you fill in the rest from there.

usa doesnt harm communist countries

The US literally fought decades of wars specifically because communism was an intrinsic threat to its engrained political institutions.

Caramelization is a specific chemical change to the sugars in the onions. Brown =/= Caramelized and will affect the flavor significantly so you really shouldn't cut corners.

If I'm commiting the time to do it I just make sure to make as much as I can fit in my pot.

But true caramelization on onions is still like 45-60 minutes of constant attention. It's not difficult, but it does require a lot of time and effort. You're not getting a caramelization in 15 minutes without a pressure cooker and even then they taste like nothing so what's the point?
