Exact same thing happened to me. Last time I'll buy qnap.
That photo of the "help me" note in the article and video, is fake as fuck.
I store the file in my Gdrive. It's synced across all my devices including my phone.
Thankfully the right wing party has been booted out nationally here now. The political will to ban encryption has lessened a fair bit.
