If they provide a company laptop/PC, then I see no problem, as it is not different than working on the company's PC in the office. If they want to install trackers on my personal devices however, then I'm quitting the job.

The world really is a dystopia. I'm going to start learning programming. Then when I move out of the house I'm buying a thinkpad. I'll live homeless and contribute to open source projects. Then if I still haven't died by the time the thinkpad breaks I'll kill myself cause I won't have any money to repair it. That's my life plan.
