Honestly, walking. If I wasn’t able to get outside for a walk and zone out for a bit every day, I think I would go crazy.

My mental health also depends on you doing squats every Monday.

Wait, is Monday not universal leg day?

I was mainly messing around. Legs on a Monday is just an old habit for me

If I don't run 5k at least three times a week I start to feel really bad with life in general, so that.

Running really do be like that. Hated it for 3 months then felt depressed if I didn't do it

It could be anything as long as it’s intense enough to leave me wiped out. Ideally, it’s at least three times a week, but must be twice at a minimum, or the brain demons will get me

Any type of gym + cardio or I'll go back into the depths of hell that are very hard to crawl back out of.

I rhink my mental problems largely increase from my anxiety about leg days and squats. Jokes aside, it's pullups for me.

Agreed about squats lol

Running and yoga. The strength training helps but I can totally live without it. If I give up either running or yoga it’s bad.

Bouldering if that counts. If not, then incline dumbell bench press. It's definitely my favorite exercise, probably followed by pullovers or flat dumbbell bench.

Running most days 1-3 miles, and doing pull-ups.

I loooove judo, I get depressed if I miss practice!

Also squats suck, they give me anxiety. Reverse lunges are pretty bad too...

planking/push-ups, and some curls.. just a little bit every day or so.. but i've kept at it pretty well for a couple of years now and it's really paying off both physically and mentally..

Walking twice daily.
