A major issue is that housing prices is usually affected by decisions made at the local level and local elections have the poorest turnout of all elections.

Risky choice. When you can't afford a house anyway there is no need to work hard in the first place. Food and water costs fuck all when compared to housing.

its by design if you actually taken the class on economics , society and govt. it tells you they need a large population in poverty in order to have some that arnt in. its basically a cycle of abuse-stockholm.
