I happened to notice another fire at 44Β°50'16.7"N 37Β°40'43.5"E (44.8388015, 37.6778192), just to the North East of the first. Appears to be another plant of some sort.

And one more.. to the west at a rail yard (44.8866265, 38.1173142)
