Thumbnails for community sidebar headers aren't being generated (lemmy.world)

I imagine this is a bug but I don't know where to report it so I'm posting here.

Open as an example this post on /c/apple_enthusiast and notice the image in the sidebar of a bunch of apple computers is a whopping 3600x1500 pixels.

Whatever is supposed to generate thumbnails isn't working for this (unlike what it does for profile pics and post thumbnails) because that is excessively large for what's a small part of the screen. Posting this because this issue probably costs a bunch of bandwith with enough users visiting.
