What is there to persuade? If I were Biden I'd take the leash off Ukraine now, dust off my hands and let trump deal with the clean up.

What reason remains to not let them go full in? It's now or never.

If I were Biden, I'd arrest Trump and declare Martial Law, the Supreme Court says it's cool as long as there's no impeachment

If trump is going to withhold aide anyway, why doesn't Ukraine just do whatever?

I guess it may not be set in stone that trump will stop funding, but it's probably a good bet. I guess you can't win that war that quickly though.
