Zero Waste

Being "zero waste" means that we adopt steps towards reducing personal waste and minimizing our environmental impact.

Our community places a major focus on the 5 R's: refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle, and rot. We practice this by reducing consumption, choosing reusable goods, recycling, composting, and helping each other improve.

We also recognize excess CO₂, other GHG emissions, and general resource usage as waste.

Note: They are selling the same model as is sold in Europe. It does not have increased compatibility with US networks.

I think the fairphone 5 should also be releasing before too long! Super excited they're finally selling here in the US

How does something like a Fairphone compare to an older Galaxy? I have a 2018 era Galaxy S9 and looking for an upgrade. I was considering a Pixel but the Fairphone sounds more my "speed" as I don't always need the latest and greatest

I just wish they didn't make them so big. I'm about ready to give up on my Fairphone 3 and order a Zenfone 10, and the 4 is even bigger than the 3.
