Because the person who added the text added the text to make it braindead from the original artist's work

Back during motivational memes we had solved this and agreed on white text with black borders for maximum readability.
All that work put into the art and they screwed up the text
I get the feeling that the original was not intended to have text on it. This looks like someone put the text over the top
