exactly. he should be played by a trans man that is not conventionally handsome and every single one of the references to twitter should always be twitter even after he buys it and changes the name. and another thing -his character should constantly be running to the toilet to diarrhea poop his whole butt off.

I would not only watch this movie, I’d kickstarter the living shit out of it.

[–] SerpentPeaked@lemmynsfw.com 8 points 2 months ago

Looks too much like a human also.

If I ever get a movie made after me, I'll die happy knowing I'll look 10x better on the screen than I ever did IRL.

[–] LittleTarsier@lemmy.ca 2 points 2 months ago

Does Elon deserve that though? I think not.

All biographic movies have actors that are more handsome than the real person. The real "Wolf of Wall Street" is nowhere similar to Leonardo DiCaprio.

Yes, but does Elon deserve a more handsome depiction? I think not.

[–] dev_null@lemmy.ml 2 points 2 months ago

I don't think what he deserves would be worth any consideration. Movies are made to make money. To keep with my example, the "wolf" was a criminal and a personification of the "evil Wall Street banker" scamming people out of their savings. Yet nobody is saying he didn't deserve to be played by a DiCaprio, everyone understands a movie is a movie.

Definitely Gary Busey.

Credited as Gary Bussy, ideally.

I was thinking Frankie Muniz

Kevin Durand is awesome, but I don't need to see anything more about Musk. I'll be happy to have him disappear into obscurity.

[–] tacosanonymous@lemm.ee 7 points 2 months ago

Let’s bring about his fall before we commit to the actors.

[–] kmartburrito@lemmy.world 6 points 2 months ago

He IS a great villain

Space Cadet: From Visionary to Village Idiot

I thought the internet had voted on this already. Elon Musk will be played by Kathy Bates.

[–] JimmyBigSausage@lemm.ee 4 points 2 months ago

Not pasty enough.

I read this as Kevin Durant...

I was very confused.

They have opposite body types.

[–] Iheartcheese@lemmy.world 2 points 2 months ago

Literally paused Abigail to see if it was Musk.

Top result was a reddit post joking about it being him which just confused me further.

[–] ch00f@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago

Just watched 3:10 to Yuma and Real Steel. I think he can pull it off.

[–] CptOblivius@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago

I'd say five Tommy Wiseau a hair cut an let him act naturally.

[–] HappycamperNZ@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago

Future?

If musk was a plane or boat we would already have 5 people badly recording it about to crash.
