Developers do not look for reports on social media, so they will not see it and all it does is clutter up the feed.
I had the same exact issue and made a post on this community a year ago lol, as far as I know you can turn off the blurring preview thing but you can't speed up the animation.
I really don't know why the blurring thing is on by default, it just unnecessarily reduces the usability so much
I don’t have an exact instruction but check the settings app in Workspace and Behavior subsections. There are a ton of things that have preference dialogs available and you can set many of these by the ms count. I’ve customized many animations such as genie effect and others.
