For a better understanding it is vital to know, that organ transplants couldn't be done after a dead we are accustomed to.
In case of a transplant the body's brain normally isn't functioning anymore, but the heart have to pump blood through the veins until the extrication of the wanted organ.
Then this organ will be flown to the hospital the recipient and his doctors are waiting for it to instantaneously beginning to implant.
I don't want to speculate over the details in Russia.
When u treat people as machines and ur corrupt system steals parts of machines for profit this is to be expected.
This could very well be bullshit propaganda tho, but given Russia's track record it probably isnt.
