This is what happens when you make a good game and continue supporting it. Other devs should be taking notes.

Every terraria update is the last one lol
Been like that for the last 10 years. As long as the money keep rolling in, I hope Redigit won't stop updating it. I mean, I myself already bought several copies across multiple platforms so far. If Bethesda can keep releasing Skyrim on new platforms and got drown in money, so can Redigit.
Just one last update... I promise!
Can't really blame them. They've also been killing it with support, still adding content all this time later. I wonder if they're getting tired of it.
Hard to know how success correlates to $$$ for them, but I wonder if they could do auxiliary projects alongside their Terraria development with a bigger team.
Twitter completely blocks the tweet without a login and nitter doesn't seem to work. Archive link seems good though.
I have a throwaway next time I'll just screencap if wayback isn't able to scrape it.
They really hit gold with Terraria but there are only so many times the dev can go back to doing a "one last update". I've played through it maybe 4-5 times with different friend groups but I would really love to see them make another game. Shame terraria otherworlds didn't work out.
I really got into Terraria years ago and made good progress in the game (got to hard mode at least). Every now and then I try to get back in to the game and start from scratch in a new world and I just give it up before getting much done. How do y'all get over the early game hump?
Play with friends (or join a terraria community and play together with them)! Building silly things together and defeating boss together are completely new experience if you're only playing solo so far.
I played with friends and everyone working to do something is motivating. If you feel lost help a friend, if you need help someone comes by to help you get it done.
I've gotten so much out of Terraria over the years, it makes me feel a bit guilty having paid less than £5 for it. Truly a great game.
One of only a handful companies I would love to throw money at for a paid dlc. The Devs really deserve it.
On another note I started playing it again with a friend just yesterday. Coincidences are weird...
Terraria is such an enjoyable game. When it’s modded though? That’s like a whole new world
One of that games I always think "I should really get around to that one"
I mean, it IS a great game...
I bought it on PC, I bought it on mobile, I bought it on 3DS, and I'll probably buy it again on something else in the future. It's a great timekiller.
