What the shit is this article? I get the style they were going for, but come on

The Rules
Posts must be:
- Links to news stories from...
- ...credible sources, with...
- ...their original headlines, that...
- ...would make people who see the headline think, “That has got to be a story from The Onion, America’s Finest News Source.”
Comments must abide by the server rules for Lemmy.world and generally abstain from trollish, bigoted, or otherwise disruptive behavior that makes this community less fun for everyone.
And that’s basically it!
No kidding. Carlson is a terrible person, and this writing is nearly as bad. I thought Mother Jones was at least somewhat respectable and wasn't expecting this garbage.
Welcome to Mother Jones. They're like The Root - I swear they deliberately hire the least qualified, least competent "journalists" available.
Some guys told them they edited Kate Middleton’s pics and were whistleblowers so he interviewed them. They told him we aren’t really this is a prank and he said nuh uh.
Link to clip, I’m not watching it. The article was funny in the wording but the whole thing itself doesn’t actually seem very funny.

After reading this article, I feel like I should know what actually happened on the show - I don't though?
i dont care.
Same. Don't want to hear about that sociopath.
I don't care either, but I care even less about whether you care.
I care so little I'm not even going to write a comment
... fuck.
I'd prefer to hear from the other guy over you.
Well that's not a completely biased article at all...
I like the part where they admit they only know about him from YouTube video titles.
I'm not defending Tucker, but at least try to hide your bias, put some effort in ffs.
Ha, bias. You don't need to be biased to dislike Tucker Carlson, you just need to be unbiased.
If you make it clear in the very first sentence that you're heavily biased then I'm not going to finish reading it because you can't be trusted.
Tucker is one of the last media personalities I can think of that deserves any kind of a break.
I was going to ask whether you thought this counted as news in the first place, but, after consideration, realized this probably is your typical brand of hard hitting journalism.
