Hello fellow Calvin and Hobbes fans!
About this community and how I post the comic strip… The comics are posted in chronological order on the day (usually) they were released. Posting them to match the release date adds a bit of fun and nostalgia to match the experience of reading them in the newspaper for first time. Many moons ago, I would ask my Dad to save the newspaper for me everyday so I could read my favorite comic strips. It really sucked when I missed a day. Only years later, when I got the books was I able to catch up on the missed strips.

This is exactly how I felt about Calvin and Hobbes appearing in my life and then disappearing .... only to be replayed again as a memory forever after. It was fantastic to see it for the first time when I was kid when they first came out years ago.

I love how succinctly Calvin describes love.
I love Hobbes. Sometimes there’s nothing to say, you just listen.
It can also be read as that Calvin is so despondent, he can't even imagine comforting things that his stuffed tiger Hobbes could say to him.
