POV: you're nineteen layers deep into some dark pattern bullshit menus and they've finally stopped asking you if you're really sure, if you want a discount, if you want to proceed with cancelling or you want to cancel cancelling, and every button to proceed is dull grey and every button to go back to passively giving them money is a big friendly blue colour, and now they've decided this must be serious and you need to talk to someone about this.
