Adding to this, it also could be that they just assumed your vaccination status. It's a binary state, and depending on where you live, it could be a pretty safe bet as a majority may have already been vaccinated.

Therefore, it's possible that only your name and phone number have been leaked. Otherwise, it would probably make the news because if a clinic or vaccine card registry was breached, that'd be a massive deal since that's medical data. Either is still bad, of course.

Could be thought of as the most basic version of this (kinda ingenious) scam, assuming they already have your name associated with your phone number

Links seems super random, all it takes is to know your name and telephone number to send it to.
