Only if it's a good idea to rapidly cool your palm and fingers to around -20ยฐC. (It's not a good idea).

I mean, play with it and poke it or whatever - it's interesting and you can learn something; but don't be doing some "salt+ice challenge".

Leave stupid shit like that until after the pandemic has calmed down and hospitals have some capacity to spare.

The answer is no either way. It's a stupid idea and will give you frostbite. Frostbite can permantnely damage your skin and make you partially or completely lose feeling in that area. Your little stunt can have lifelong consequences.
