Anyone knows why this happen? Is it intended to work this way?

Did you delete it yourself or did a moderator tell you they deleted it?

I don't know how deleting works in the Fediverse, but I have three scenarios:

The comment just hasn't made it yet to the other instance and will likely appear later.
The removal just hasn't made it yet to the other instance and it will likely be deleted later.
The instance where it isn't deleted doesn't support removal of content.

I deleted it myself. It's been 12 hours and the comment is still there, I'm leaning more towards it being a bug at this point.
