Sinfest. Used to be great, then he went way off the far right deep end.

Sinfest was the bee's knees. I still have 2 of the first printed comic books, treasure them and the memory of fun times with early sinfest. But it should have ended many years ago already, author ruined his legacy.

I’m going to give a general probably unsatisfactory answer, but any webcomic that the creators no longer feel passionate about

As much as I love Obelis' comics (and her as a friend), for years she's been going in circles with one serial that is her talking about childhood acceptance and two which have a rich world but with the same themes being rebrought up routinely. She knows this and jokes about it sometimes, and I'm not judging her as I know her reasons. I'm just saying any successful reason to change course would be enjoyed.

This reminded me to check if Megatokyo is still going on. I've stopped reading it years ago because I could not follow the plot anymore.

For those curious, it does appear that megatokyo may be getting updates but they're infrequent, a few a month and not on a set schedule. There are like 9 chapters out now though.
