I literally just want another 2D zelda game similar to Link Between Worlds. It looked like they were going in some really nice directions with that one, but then dropped the whole genre when BotW was such a success (no, remakes don't count). Tunic was fantastic, but indie games take forever to make.

I mean, Indie games are made for 5 years and then in Early Access for 5 more years AT BEST.
I desperately want a “traditional” 3D Zelda game, didnt enjoy BotW or TotK all that much. Based on quotes I saw from the director it sounds like that is not gonna happen, however. Hopefully they can at least do a good 2D game to fill that void.
Gonna be 2030 by the time the next one comes out at this rate anyway
Frankly, a Twilight Princess but with the newer lore (and then whatever will appear in said game) would be just peachy for me.
