The lack of amounts on sugar honey and egg suggest that you could put just one grain in. Meaning you're just stirring an egg into 1/2lb of butter

They've given the amounts. It's one sugar, two honey, three flour, four egg and five-and-a-half pounds of butter

2.5lbs of butter. It's 5 units of "½lb of butter" if we're following the established pattern.
