oppressive cacophony intensifies, temperature rising, anxiety critical
All of my social activities involve quiet rooms and less than 10 people. Although I will say that if the crowd gets big enough then the white noise all the talking creates can be calming. Unfortunately the hundreds of people bumping into you kinda ruins the whole thing.
Sometimes, just acting on the social impulse and going is enough. Even if it's only for a little while.

I'm completely driven by guilt. I've done therapy and it was the main thing pointed out to me.
