Oxymetazoline spray (name brand in the US is Afrin) is a miracle drug. Clears up blocked nose immediately.

Also is addictive in the way it causes rebound congestion if you stop using it. That's part of why they tell you to not use it for more than a few days in a row

Literally me right now. I'm so fucking miserable, I just want to be able to breath again!

That's step one for me.

Step two is where I start to doubt whether those memories of breathing so freely through my nose are even real.

I don't understand, what's wrong with breathing your mouth? I do it all the time. Congestion sucks, but not because of breathing

Hold your breath for a minute or as long as you can. You'll feel your sinuses open up while holding your breath. Blow your nose after.

For real tho I had very often blocked nose to the point that I had trouble sleeping. Went to the Dr turns out I had nasal polyps. Get yerself checked
