There seems to have been a rebranding of ProtonMail, how does that sound?

I'm still waiting for the mobile client to be available on F-Droid.

It's on mine. Maybe in izzy's repo? I have a few enabled.

Not off the top of my head, I'd search "izzyondroid fdroid repo" to find it myself lol.

I liked the old design more tbh, it had more colors, now everything is the same color...

I wish they had made the pm.me domain completely free instead :-)) I find it really cool but it is not quite worth the money for pro. I already have a tutanota paid account and I dont need two encrypted email inboxes to be honest :-D

It's not free? Maybe because I was an early adopter, but I have never donated and have both pm.me and proton.me

I switched from ProtonMail to Tutanota when I saw they didn't have privacy as first goal, they wanted to do some drive, calendar and stuff I didn't need as I have alternatives like NextCloud and other self-hosting open source tools. (plus I read some weird stuff about ProtonMail requesting data from a blogger that was talking bad about them and other issues)

Instead a drive and calendar, I would love to have their mail client without Google services as Tutanota has, on F-Droid. That was my first priority, as I wanted a real privacy service.

It's funny that I was thinking about this rebranding name some days ago as they aren't only mail service and a link like drive.protonmail.me doesn't look that cool like a drive.proton.me, mail.proton.me, calendar.proton.me, a step more close to Google style.

I just migrated myself and family from gmail/google-calendar to proton. Now I wish I had done Tutanota instead. But too tired to do another migration just now. Anyway Proton is an improvement over Google.

I don't like it. I prefer the old design. The new design is attractive and will appeal to more young people, I guess.

I also prefer the old design.
