Yea but why were the logs purged? The modlog loading issue isnt just on my instance, lemmy.fmhy.ml modlog also is broken, lemm.ee lemmy.one are all broken.
Edit: Beehaw is also broken!
They are not working on my end neither. But the lemmy.world one does. I also see entries from minutes ago.
Yea but did you scroll down? You can see the log from a month ago on the first page! There is a lot of moderation activities withing a day so it typically takes several pages to show all events from the last 24 hours. Now I can scroll to the botton of page 1 and see something from a month ago. So logs got purged.
Right, so something probably happened a month ago that you saw the effects of a few days ago. You claim that the logs have been purged, across several unrelated instances.
Have you cross-referenced these symptoms with github issues? Have you discussed this with others?
Mod logs worked fine before my instance upgraded to 18.2 and Lemmy ran a database upgrade. After that? Spinning circle. This leads me to believe there's an database error connected with the 18.2 upgrade.
But it could also be a coordinated conspiracy across the whole lemmyverse to hide... Something!
