Well, what if you current GPU suddenly died? You'd need another one to keep using your computer! Imagine not being able to use your computer while you wait for your new GPU to arrive. That's why it's a good idea to keep them all in their boxes. And it's an even better idea to keep multiple backup GPUs around because the backup might die, too uwu
I mean, one of my backup gpus DID die on me for seemingly no reason… you ain’t wrong
