I don't think that's quite accurate - 100 pilots AND ground crew completed training. I've no idea what the ratio is, but each pilot will for sure have many maintenance engineers and other ground staff working with them. My guess is 20 teams are ready. Still, it's good news!
The linked post from the British embassy in Kyiv says 200 "aviators". Where are you getting this from?
The link is very light on details. Making me suspect it was written by someone who doesn't understand the issue. So it would not surprise me if 10 pilots actually completed training along with 190 support personal. It could also be 200 pilots and 2000 support personal. Or 200 pilots and the group people are in separate training, some done already some still in class. Or...
I'm guessing the 100 instead of 200 was just a typo.
