Some people have bad posture or other issues. I had undiagnosed ADHD for 37 years and let’s say I had a very terrible way of sitting in chairs to try and keep still that it becomes difficult to break that habit.

Here is how I default to sitting if not paying attention and checking myself, hope you appreciate my Picasso like talents for art πŸ˜‚

I guess some sitting positions are universal, hello fellow foot on the chair fella, do you also do the thing where you wrap your feet around the chair legs, or where you slowly slide down until your head touches the chair?

Not sure what you mean by wrap feet around the chair, might need a drawing.

I do often slide further down until head touches chair when sitting with feet on the ground.

Ah I’m an idiot. It’s so obvious now.

Yes I have been known to sit like this. As well as ok the chair style in my picture, attempting to wrap legs around the single down pole in the middle.

I guess some things really are universal after all
