Is the film Don't Look Up a social commentary on real life? Or did Elon and Donald saw the movie and decided to cosplay?
I think this is more idiocracy than don’t look up…
Idiocracy had a president who actually cared about the environment, who hired the smartest man in the world to help them solve the crisis. Trump refuses to acknowledge there's even an environmental crisis and he won't listen to experts. Idiocracy is already a better future than the one we're living in.

I saw an episode of King of the Hill a couple months ago. Hank and Bobby were watching wrestling on TV. I hadn't seen this one, and I think I've seen just about all of them, so it put a smile on my face when the wrestling announcer said something like "..and in this corner, Macho Camacho!"
Sadly it will be The Handmaid’s Tale.
It's like the book 1984, which was supposed to be a warning tale but many govts the world over use it as a how to guide.
