Geez people, calm the fuck down. It's just a spicy meme. Take a deep breath and listen to some music or something. It's a shitpost community for crying out loud. I rather see this than the Boomer wife bad memes that have flooded the meme communities in recent weeks.
Excusing it with "it's a shitpost community" has some real "boys will be boys" energy to it.
While I understand and agree with your point, and I don't particularly appreciate the subject matter, I'm also not a little bitch and am okay with seeing a controversial meme every now and then. Of course if the community gets flooded with similar memes, it'll be a different conversation. But a one off spicy meme isn't going to upset me. It's LEMMY SHITPOST after all. Ya'll need to save your energy for more important matters.

The absurdism of the situation. You don't typically reverse abortion if someone's card is declined.
Do you really not get what's supposed to be the joke or do you not find it funny? Because those are two very different things.
If being a boy involves rape jokes then yes, society in general has decided that being a boy is shitty.
Society in general isn't against dark jokes. But sometimes people are too uptight for them, it's true. Why they can't just be "I didn't enjoy that but it's okay", who knows.

People use the phrase "boys will be boys" to normalize extremely toxic and abusive behaviour, if such behaviour is what you mean by no one being allowed to be boys, then damn right.
