Trump has always hated the military.

Edit: He has always hated soldiers, I'm sure he loves the military industrial complex.

As a reminder to others, here's some of the fun other things he's said: "He’s not a war hero, He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured" and "Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers" among much much more

this is so stupid it's soul crushing, but we can't even stop to avert our eyes. trump can't sign up for the oldest bullshit political ploy that could benefit him: revering soldiers while denying them benefits.

"antiwar, but not anti-veteran" is actually the kind of platitude I would expect. but this. what the fuck is this.
