Husband loves to make sushi for dinner for special occasions

He usually buys the fish wholesale. Per meal its cheaper than us going out to the nearest sushi spot...and so much better!

How does one buy fish wholesale? Do you need to have a chest freezer?

He goes to a restaurant supply market to get fish or if he's in the area he'll just go to this Asian market. 1 yellowtail will last nearly 3 days with 3 to 4 of us.
