In what way? Guys popping wheelies to impress girls was definitely a thing before the internet. I'm pretty sure that's why the wheelie was invented.
Hearth hand gestures + mom jeans seems pretty recent to me.

Or other smart watch considering it has large blacked out (sleeping) screen.

If you're left handed the right hand is the normal hand for a watch, it's not that unusual.
Admittedly it's less common to see anyone wearing a watch now, and there's less of a reason to put it on your right hand now that most people don't handwrite regularly.
The image is definitely modern, but the hand gesture is old as shit. Fuckin' boy bands in the 90's would do that on stage and in videos.

Right, I guess I mean I don't see how the sentiment of wanting to show off for ladies has really changed that much post internet. To me this picture speaks more towards how motorcycles impacted simping, and I'm pretty sure that's the whole reason motorcycles were invented.

I’m like 50/50 on that being a bracelet or an Apple Watch on her right wrist. Honestly judging by hour it’s not further down I’m going with Apple Watch.
