If I had free reign over the law I'd make it mandatory for 'live service' games to add a offline mode before the servers shut down

I would force the companies to submit all source code and art assets to the library of Congress so when the game eventually goes public domain, it's recoverable. I would also return Copyright to it's original 25 year limit
