Why do people keep calling him Prime Minister when he's clearly President?

I guess that because he occupies what other European countries have as PM, while our useless king is what other euroepan countries have as president.

In English its prime minister. His official title in Spanish is president

He’s president of the government, what is commonly known as Prime Minister.

The real president of spain, the president of the state is the king.
