Yeah, that 1500 tanks per year number made me not take the video very seriously.

1500 main battle tanks is what the Russian factories report to have produced 2023, of which 1180-1280 are refurbished from storage, according to The Guardian.

Russian factories claimed to have delivered 1,500 main battle tanks this year, of which 1,180 to 1,280 had been reactivated from storage

They actually 'produced' ~300. Pulling out 1200 tanks from mothballs can only be done until stores are exhausted.
