i did the thing that means it's probably less archived (by editing all the replies before deleting), but i assume some of it probably remains out there. Nothing I can do about that.

May I kindly request that you make it your mission to inform other people that this is also a fruitless effort.

Not to prevent anybody from wanting to make a choice in their own digital life, but preventing people from believing that this is a viable way to cover up past participation.

As uncomfortable as it makes us to accept that Reddit burned everybody, it's much better to live in the world of observable and demonstrable reality, rather than to soothe ourselves emotionally by taking actions which don't have a positive outcome.
