If that's it, sure, I would sip the milk from a bowl of I felt like it.
I see barefoot, unbathed tourists, hungover or still on something, shamelessly partaking in hotel breakfasts on the regular, having loud conversations about their "happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" type stories. Sipping the last bits of milk out of a bowl won't register against the people on vacation who let all standards slide to become total weirdos.
