Thanks to Viking_Hippie@lemmy.world, who posted an interesting YouTube video by Jammidoger in this thread. In that video he happens to mentions this woman and shows a picture. So I dug deeper and found that article.

She's a transphobic conspiracy theorist and "teaches" people so-called "gender markers" to tell if someone is trans and believes all Hollywood celebs are trans and worship Baphomet, the trans idol apparently. Real wild shit, but yeah she's a bigot so we can make fun of her for her shitty beliefs.

Edit: she's part of "transvestigators" who believe those kinds of conspiracy things. The "we can always tell" crowd, so the meme is relevant to her.
