It seems like all long-lasting team principals are now on the edge. The investigation has to clear Horner completely to keep him in position, and Toto losing Lewis to Ferrari is not a great outlook for him either.
Toto isn't going anywhere, he's essentially his own boss.
Horner isn't immune to scrutiny but it's hard to see him getting ousted unless it's something very bad with concrete evidence.
Don't see how Lewis to Ferrari makes Toto look bad. We all know it's a bucket-list move in the grand scheme of things, they discussed it ahead of time. Plus Mercedes still has a solid driver with Antonelli next in line for the second seat, and Allison back as technical director, not a bad outlook at all.
Agreed..I think it will also depend on how merc does with or without Lewis. As long as merc stays top 3 I doubt we will see him go, now if merc slips into 4/5 consistently it might be an issue.
But, Toto owns 33% of his team. Also, he has been pretty successful.
Not that I am a huge fan.
