I've seen a few users doing that, not sure what the rationale is.
Probably, some sovereign citizen type bullshit, thinking it will stop their comments from getting scraped into AI or other databases.
But officer, I'm not commenting. I'm interacting.

Well-meaning confusion about what negligible control you have over random stuff you say online.
I don't want my comment to be all rights reserved which is the default even if you don't provide any agreements. I just want to be mentioned/link the source if you took this seriously and made a meme out of my comment
You didn't even link a license. The page says in large letters it has no legal value and you need to add an actual license.
