You have to follow a specific URL scheme. In your case it's
https://lemmy.ml/c/plugins@sh.itjust.works
So it's always yourinstance.com/c/communityname@otherinstwmcename.com
But you don't need to remember this. Copy the URL "https://sh.itjust.works/c/plugins" into search on your instance, and it should come up.
If you're the first person on your instance, sometimes it can take some time, or require a refresh, but it should work.
