This isn't about "can't stand" though.
I recall one YouTuber, whose - I recall - voice dropped on every sentence he spoke that went towards the end of it, and when the sentence finishes, he ended up in pretty much the same voice tune, on every sentence.
It wasn't annoying but it bothered me a little nevertheless.
(No I don't recall who it was)
Hate to say, as someone who also hates this very specific thibg, like 25% of them are the same way. I call it the "journalist cadence" because news people do the same thing.
Atozy maybe? Or Penguinz0, or perhaps Chills?
The inflection of Food Wishes guy can be hard to unhear at times.
