For me its got to be the dude behind Healthygamergg. I just find his advice so ridiculous and just really dislike how he just seems so absolutely certain in what he says.

This isn't about "can't stand" though.

I recall one YouTuber, whose - I recall - voice dropped on every sentence he spoke that went towards the end of it, and when the sentence finishes, he ended up in pretty much the same voice tune, on every sentence.
It wasn't annoying but it bothered me a little nevertheless.

Hate to say, as someone who also hates this very specific thibg, like 25% of them are the same way. I call it the "journalist cadence" because news people do the same thing.
