It's been back for around 3 months now. Sometimes it's offline though. There also are other ways to access via a private link by a certain market but I don't want to give too much information on this or it stops working.

There is c/drugs on lemmy.ml or maybe lemmy.world, one of those :)
But they're pretty much dead. But so is c/drugscirclejerk
