like what are the best methods to get the brain active to create something, most of the things i want to require an idea but the truth is i have nothing and im not sure how to get an idea or if its even possible for me due to my autism or how my brain works.

maybe im just being hard on myself i use to come up with so many ideas but theses days i have nothing or just half a mess that i cant seem to finish cleaning, if that makes sense.

is there a suggestion, tip, method, or something that can get my brain started. if your wondering what im trying to do i would like to make a short comic i feel if doing so i might learn something or it would be interesting. i heard sticky notes are good but i dont want a room full of sticky notes, that just dosent seem right?

Try ChatGPT as it really helps me with brainstorming. Even if it’s ideas are off the mark, it still will likely help you find your way. Been extremely helpful for me.

Oh good. "How can I make my brain have more ideas?" -> "Replace your brain with a machine"

That for sure has not been my experience. You really still have to use your brain and judgement to steer it in the right direction as while it is amazing at brainstorming ideas, it still needs input. I find it utterly amazing. I was coming up with names for something earlier today and you can ask it to spit out 30 suggestions around a theme or some other constraint. None of the 30 worked for me, but a couple got me thinking and that took me down a path that after many iterations led to a really cool name. Cannot recommend it more. It is like have a whole team of people chipping in to ideas.

As of now it's more like a random generator or words

I have not found that to be the case with ChatGPT4+. Maybe with other less capable models but I am truly amazed with its creativity, understanding and creative solutions. It is not perfect and still has many logic issues at times, but when you point it out, it is quick to recognize and adjust accordingly. It is saving me so much time on my VR Theme Park that I cannot imagine not having it. Definitely not random but rather thoughtful and well structured for the most part. It does of course have issues, but I am more than willing to work around them.
