Biggest concerning signs:

  1. 30 FPS lock on xbox, there's no way to spin that positively, absolute fail

  2. Predatory pre-order bonus skins to get people to buy before they know what they're actually going to experience (buggy shitshow)

  3. Countless attempts to hype up the game and huge random assurances from the devs

  4. Preemptively admitting the game has jank and trying to make it seem okay lol

Yeah but D4 also had a known issue, where when you log off with your hardcore character it just dies because of a server bug (error code 316009).

I wasn't actively tracking it, but the latest I could find in the blizzard forums was six day ago.
The last patch note I stumbled upon was on June 9th. So my educated guess would be no.

But hey, at least they fixed some issues with the in-game shop. ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)
