Very cool, but what exactly am I looking at here? What's the thing on the bottom, and what are the decorative things on the cables...?
A wild guess, but I think that's romex cable, so I would say it's some part of a solar power system.
Household (GFCI?) circuit breaker box, and the things are either cable labels or wall attachment clip thingies.
